User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Submit truthful, accurate, and complete information in all applications and documents
• NEET Compliance: Ensure you meet NEET qualification requirements as mandated by the National Medical Commission (NMC) for practicing in India
• Document Authenticity: Provide genuine academic certificates, mark sheets, and identification documents
• Timely Communication: Respond promptly to our requests for information or documentation
• Financial Obligations: Pay all agreed-upon fees on time and fulfill financial commitments to universities
• Legal Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and university policies
• Respectful Conduct: Maintain professional and respectful communication with our team and partner institutions

Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Service Fees

• Consultancy fees are clearly communicated before service commencement
• Fees may vary based on the destination country and services required
• University tuition fees are separate and paid directly to the university
• Additional charges may apply for expedited services or special requests

Payment Methods

We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

Refund Policy

• Consultancy fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not been initiated
• University fees paid to institutions are subject to their respective refund policies
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid justification
• Processing time for approved refunds is 15-30 business days

Intellectual Property Rights

• Student's academic performance or conduct at the university
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of consultancy fees paid by you to Crown MBBS Abroad.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services to you immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct. You may also terminate our services by providing written notice, subject to our refund policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State], India.
